Quality management at the ZeBanC
The ZeBanC has the claim to deal with the entrusted samples and the associated processes to the highest possible satisfaction of the partners and with the best possible quality. To ensure this, a quality management system was established.
In December 2016, the certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015 was successfully completed.

The ZeBanC has the claim to deal with the entrusted samples and the associated processes to the highest possible satisfaction of the partners and with the best possible quality. The ZeBanC defines itself as a service provider.
A sustainable quality management system (QMS) is an important organizational tool to ensure a constant quality of the products (services) and continuous improvement. The processes and their documentation have to be described in a comprehensible manner.
The DIN EN ISO 9001 is the basis for an effective quality assurance through a sustainable quality management system. It is the world's most recognised standard for quality management in the biobanking business. In December 2016, the certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015 was successfully completed.
